Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

How does it work?
We use a state of the art laser engraving machine which gently etches away the top layer of the pen to reveal the base metal underneath.
The colour of engraving depends on the base metal underneath. Lacquered pens tend to engrave with a brass finish, whilst chrome pens with a subtle two tone effect (check preview on every product page). We also offer 3 font choices;
What can I engrave?
We can engrave any letter, number or character that can entered from a standard computer keyboard, in any language. This includes English, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Cyrillic etc.
We can engrave UTF8 symbols. Either choose from our list or copy and paste your own.
Each pen has a limit to the amount of characters we can engrave due to its size and curvature. Look out for the character limit on each product page. If you cant quite fit your message with the allowable characters, please call us and we will see what we can do.

How much does engraving cost?
All individual pens cost £7, and pen sets cost £10 (both pens are engraved with the same message)
Will engraving delay my order?
No. Because we engrave in-house, all orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day.

Brilliant fountain pen. Never had a kaweco pen before but I love it. Very light and nib ( med) is very smooth.

I caved in and got this thanks to the persistent and cookies-linked google ads. Went for the EF nib as had feedback from others that the Medium nib was too thick, and on regular public office paper, would be more prone to ink bleeding or feathering. Love the external look and feel of it. Shiny smooth metal at just the right weight. Nice size for jeans pocket as well as purse. Looks durable so not worried about it getting knocked around. I had been using a different Broad nibbed pen for work and had not found the ink to feather or splotch or bleed. So decided to swap with a spare Kaweco Medium nib, and found the writing experience much smoother. I like how I can easily swap nibs on this. Have ordered different sized nibs for different uses.
Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer DHL air 2-5 days as a standard service for $8. Delivery charges and estimated times vary for rest of world countries, please see our delivery page for more information.
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
