We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

This is my first ever Kaweco, and I wasn't sure what quite to expect. From reading reviews, I'd known that there are some QC issues on their nibs, but I happily found that my B nib wrote very smooth after a clean, inked with the default blue cartridge that came with the pen.
I love the iridescent pearl shimmer of the body and the lightness of the smooth plastic. It is a bit smaller than most of my fountain pens, but as it's a pocket pen, that is to be expected - I'll just have to get used to it!
Unfortunately there is a sort of 'line' along the body of the pen, which looks different to the 'swirls' in the plastic. I don't know if it's a seam; possibly it is a seam that's been sanded down, as it does feel smooth, but it looks like there's a long scratch along it which is a bit disheartening.

Pen was recieved broken, cracked barrel, damaged threading and bent tines. the box had no seal on it so I assume the pen was used, broken, returned and resold.

All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer DHL air 2-5 days as a standard service for $8. Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
