Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

The LAMY safari Meteorite Special Edition Fountain Pen gives the classic safari a darker, more tactile finish. Its all-black design is enhanced by a subtle diamond-pattern texture across the grip and body panels, creating a modern look that feels distinctive without becoming flashy. Designed for comfortable everyday writing, the lightweight body features LAMY’s familiar shaped grip, helping guide the fingers into a natural writing position. The durable construction makes it well suited to work, study, journalling and regular daily use. A smooth steel nib provides reliable ink flow and controlled writing performance, with Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and left-handed nib options available. The pen uses LAMY T10 ink cartridges and can also be filled from an ink bottle using a LAMY Z28 converter.

Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer tracked post (6-10 days) for $6 (free on orders > $100), and an express service (2-5 days) for $12. Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
