We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Nib size guide
- Subtle nib & line variances between nib sizes
- MI (medium italic) & BI (broad italic) cut as stub nibs
- MO (medium oblique) recommended for left handers
- Can require priming: Squeeze the ink cartridge to allow some ink through the nib and feed. This will help you get started.
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer tracked post (6-10 days) for $6 (free on orders > $100), and an express service (2-5 days) for $12. Delivery charges and estimated times vary for rest of world countries, please see our delivery page for more information.
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge

Ink sac had perished now -rang Pen haven----a person spoke to me with an obvious desire to advise and help. As a result I purchased a converter.

This is a much better convertor. The original one that came with the pen was very poor. This one is much easier to use, and will hopefully last for some time.

This deluxe ink converter of Parker does not have a metal ferrule like the older ones my Parker Duofold DNA and Parker 8 Limited Editions came with. I had separately bought a converter for my Arrow Flighter of 1985. That one also had the metal ferrule. The supplied converters are of slightly thinner body diameter and hence it does not fit tightly on the pen's section.

I have been using ink refills for my fountain pen, but I have found that it can be quite costly. I recently switched to using the Parker Deluxe ink converter, and I must say, it works perfectly. I purchased a bottle of ink to use with the converter, and I am confident that this change will help me save money in the long run. I rely on my fountain pen for daily use, and this new setup is proving to be very practical for me.

The filling mechanism is screw type rather than plunger which works extremely well and feels solid in use.
