Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Its cap and piston knob are crafted from rich, deep blue resin, subtly marbled to evoke swirling cosmic clouds contrasted by sleek onyx-black accents that ground the design in modern sophistication. The transparent demonstrator barrel reveals the inner workings of TWSBI’s precise piston-fill system, offering both visual intrigue and practical insight into the ink level within.
Polished black hardware and the signature TWSBI red emblem on the finial complete the pen’s celestial aesthetic. The stainless steel nib, finished in matching black, delivers a smooth and consistent writing experience, with a balance of gentle feedback and dependable ink flow. Designed for extended writing sessions, the high-capacity piston-filling mechanism minimizes the need for frequent refills, while the screw-on cap with its secure O-ring seal protects against leaks and evaporation.
As with all ECO models, the Cosmos Blue with Onyx can be fully disassembled for cleaning and maintenance (tools included), though TWSBI recommends this only for experienced users.

Delivery Information
Order by following dates for delivery in time for Christmas. Standard service; Europe 14 Dec, ROW 5 Dec. Express service; Europe 19 Dec, ROW 14 to 19 Dec (see delivery page and checkout for more information on each country).
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer tracked post (6-10 days) for $6 (free on orders > $100), and an express service (2-5 days) for $12. Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. Items purchased for Christmas can be returned up until Friday 23rd January. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
