We use tracked post for our standard service (except for USA which uses DHL air as standard). We use DHL air for all express service.
We will email you a tracking information when your order is despatched
All customs, duties, taxes are included in product prices, or you are given the option to prepay at checkout or when your item reaches customs (please note that some delivery services only support payment of taxes at customs).
If you feel your parcel is lost, you must let us know within 21 days from despatch, so that our customer service team can assist

Order processing - Orders placed by 3pm (GMT) on any working day will be processed and despatched the same day. Any order placed after this time will be processed and despatched on the next working day
Bank Holidays and Weekends - Orders placed on bank holidays or weekends will be despatched next working day
Pens with Engraving - If you order a pen with an engraved message before 3pm, it will be despatched the same day
