We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Had a fine nib that was very scratchy and dry straight out of the factory. Have not taken it to a nib tuner yet. Bought the medium nib because I prefer the line thickness. Writes smoothly, no more scratchiness, and no more dryness. Beware black paint scratches rather easily, but I prefer the black steel look.

Easy to swap out with existing nib on my Lamy AL-Star and it writes smoothly (using Lamy T10 ink cartridge).

Excellent quality nibs made from steel. I am not sure if it is true or just a subjective viewpoint, but the black Z50 nibs are better writers, on the smooth and wet side compared to the normal version.

Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day. We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer DHL air 2-5 days as a standard service for $8. Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
