We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £3.25 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Inspired by Mt. Fuji in the shifting light of an early spring dawn, the Platinum #3776 Shungyo Fountain Pen is a beautiful statement of Platinum design. Created to embody the misty mornings which defuse the light and turn the sky bright red, the pen is formed of transparent red resin and is etched with an undulating, lined pattern to match the ripples cascading across the surrounding lakes. A small metal piece hidden within the end cap resembles the shrouded silhouette of Mt. Fuji emerging into the dawn light and showcases Platinum’s acute attention to detail. Highlighted with rhodium plated trim, which adorns the pen like the first rays of sun, the pen has a refined and sophisticated finish. The Shungyo features an airtight 'slip and seal' cap designed to prevent ink drying out for up to two years of non-use; and a large rhodium plated 14k gold nib, which glides effortlessly across the page. Lightweight, yet perfectly balanced, the Shungyo is a modern collectors’ item and a real joy to use.

I ordered the pen with a broad nib and it wrote well right out of the box. It did seem to write a little wetter than expected but that could be that I am not quite use to writing with a broad nib. I really like the design elements of the pen. It looks amazing sitting on my desk and even more when in use. It does get peoples attention.

I have a lot of pens, but this is my first Platinum, and I love it. The M nib is one of the best I have, very smooth and a good flow. The colour is beautiful, and the grip is thin enough for my small hands.
PS : the M nib writes like a western F nib.

Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer tracked post (6-10 days) for $6 (free on orders > $100), and an express service (2-5 days) for $12. Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
