Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Partnering with the United States Postal Service on a range of officially licenced writing instruments, Retro 51 are excited to present the Thank You Stamp Rollerball Pen. This beautiful design was created in 2020 by Dana Tanamachi with the scrip and floral aesthetics originally drawn by hand and then digitized. The brass barrel shows through the print, replicating the gold foil stamp and adding dimension to the blue gray pen body. Finished with polished brass accents and a flower imprint on the grip. Whether it's for a special occasion or just to say thank you, this Pen would be perfect. Utilising a capless rollerball refill the pen glides effortlessly across the page, whilst the twist action cap has knurled detailing for additional grip. The broad profile and pleasing weight make using the Tornado a real joy. As Retro 51 says “Life is too short to carry an ugly pen!”

Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer DHL air 2-5 days as a standard service for $8. Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
