We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

With its name meaning bountiful harvest in Japanese this delightful limited edition set, celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Shikiori range, takes its colours from the seasonal changes in the rice paddies. A delicate pale blue body with subtle shimmer is the sky reflected in the water of the paddy field, whilst the muted jade green grip section displays the abundance of sprouting seedlings. Revealing the colour of the ripe grain ready for harvest are the gleaming gold trim, and the golden flecks which are infused into the transparent cap, and barrel finial. The traditional cigar shaped profile brings to mind the shape of a single grain of rice, but also ensures this pen has a classic feel and is never out of place. The included bottle of ink has been manufactured especially for the occasion; an olivey green when first applied the ink quickly shifts to a subtle earthy brown as it dries, following the colours of the maturing rice plants. All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer DHL air 2-5 days as a standard service for $8. Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
