Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

Overview
Designed to fill your TWSBI Diamond fountain pen, this striking glass ink bottle will look at home on any desk. With a specially designed central metal band that connects directly to the TWSBI Diamond pen, a long tube dips into the ink and provides easy, effortless filling. For other fountain pens, the metal section can be removed and the bottle is supplied with a removable central reservoir, allowing you to fill your fountain pen down to the last drop of ink. Please note that this ink bottle is supplied empty. It will need to be filled with your favourite ink.

Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day.
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer DHL air 2-5 days as a standard service for $8. Delivery charges and estimated times vary for rest of world countries, please see our delivery page for more information.
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
