Gift Wrap
We offer a professional giftwrap service to complement your pen or leather journal. Simply check the giftwrap option on the product page before you add to basket (a charge of £2.75 will be added).
We use a premium silver giftwrap paper with a subtle two-tone patterned effect, and a hand tied silver ribbon. We also include a matching gift tag, which can be appended with a message of your choice. Simply add your message to the text box when you reach your basket. Items are giftwrapped individually i.e. if you order several items only the specific item requested will be wrapped.
We do not include any paperwork inside the giftwrapped item. If you select a different delivery name to your billing details, we add a gift receipt which hides all prices.

After a long delivery period, I received a useless mine. It is not original and does not write. Waste.

The refills do not fit my Yoropen! See attached picture and video. They are thicker than the needed refill. Perhaps they would be a fit for the plastic pens, but do not fit my metal Yoropen. if this is the case, there should be clear instructions on the website that these refills will not fit the metal Yoropens.

Don't sell inferior refills for a quality pen. The cheap refill (not just inexpensive -- cheap.) is a poor replacement to the high-quality refills for an earlier model of pen. It seems that the newer pen was designed to accommodate a refit that could be made cheaply in China.
Find someone who can make metal-shaft quality refills that will fill both models. I'd gladly pay a higher price for better refills.

Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are despatched the same day (except on a bank holiday), even if your order has personalisation. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched next working day. Order by following dates to receive in time for Christmas; Europe 15 Dec (standard) 22 Dec (express), USA 22 Dec (express), Canada, 19 Dec (express), Rest of World 4 Dec (standard) 18 Dec (express)
We deliver worldwide with a choice of standard (tracked post) and express (DHL air) delivery for most countries. Standard delivery to European countries is €6.50 and takes approx. 2-5 working days, whilst express is €20 and takes 1-2 days. To USA we offer DHL air 2-5 days as a standard service for $8. Delivery charges and estimated times vary for rest of world countries, please see our delivery page for more information.
Returns Information
Please return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email support@penheaven.com if you wish to return an item, and we can provide a returns label. The charge from Europe is €8 and £10 from most other major countries.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Call 0208 731 8610 or email support@penheaven.com. A returns label will be provided free of charge
