David is our director; having taken over the company in April 2021, when his father (and founder of Pen Heaven), Keith, retired. David has been the real driving force behind the growth of Pen Heaven in recent years; using his background in ecommerce marketing to create a website that truly speaks to our customers and is quick and easy to use. In his spare time David likes to watch the latest films in the cinema and going cycling or dog walking with his dad.

Peter works behind the scenes to order stock ensuring we always have plenty for our customers and sources new products alongside our director David. After work is done, he likes to step away from the screen and go for a run or enjoy time with his two young children.

Having joined us in June 2021, Chris is the newest member to the Pen Heaven team. With a background in account management, Chris has a way with words and his natural charm helps all our customers feel at ease. His enthusiasm for outstanding customer service shows in all his interactions and he strives to help whatever the situation. When not at work, Chris likes to play 5-a-side football and spend time with his two children.

Gemma started at Pen Heaven as our customer services manager but when an opening formed within the company we thought we’d put Gemma’s product knowledge and way with words to good use, promoting her to Content Marketing Executive. She’s now in charge of website content, the blog and social media. In her spare time, Gemma likes to play rugby, keep fit and spend time with friends and family.

Aneta has big ideas for Pen Heaven and it shows in her work. Her passion for our products and her eye for design have seen her promoted to content marketing executive, working alongside Gemma. Having previously worked as both customer services manager and senior warehouse executive, Aneta has an in-depth product knowledge and is our in-house engraving expert. In her own time, Aneta likes to keep fit in the gym.

Magda is our seasoned Warehouse Manager. She oversees the warehouse team, liaises with our suppliers, arranges hallmarking and assists David and Peter with stock levels. Being with Pen Heaven as long as she has means Magda is our go-to for product knowledge and troubleshooting. Her know-how enables us to perform a number of repairs on site and get them sent straight back to the customer. At home Magda enjoys spending time with her two children and relaxing with a good book.

Marcin is our assistant warehouse manager. He is in charge of our in-house embossing service; testing new products, and keeping the machines working.

Kasia is a part-time warehouse executive. At work, she mainly picks, gift-wraps and packs orders, but she also works closely with Aneta assisting with engraving when necessary. In her spare time, Kasia spends a lot of time with her two sons and enjoys knitting to unwind after a busy day.

One of the newest members to join the Pen Heaven team, Mark was hired in November 2017 to be a temporary staff member to help with the Christmas rush. We liked him so much we decided to keep him. Mark mostly works on picking and packing of the orders. At home, Mark likes to spend time tinkering with his car and motorbikes or chill watching drama detective series on TV.
